just because you faced hell or bad times doesn't make you better or smarter. how you react to it does. If all you do is cry and whine in hard times, that is all you will be. if you face it and move on for the better whatever that maybe, then you will grow.
about my book
OUT OF MY MIND
a poetic autobiography
This unique collection of poetry, complemented with feedback and comments from readers and the author, intimately explores the author’s life and experiences.
Using poetry to express life’s trials and triumphs, author Dollar Kidd offers a collection of poetry with a unique approach in Out of My Mind. The work intimately explores Kidd’s life and experiences, while the comments following each selection from both Kidd and his online readers, provide additional background from which to understand and appreciate each poem.

Often infused with raw emotion, the poems in Out of My Mind not only share Kidd’s inner thoughts and ideas, but also demonstrate that positive outcomes can emerge from negative situations
